I require that half of the full payment be upfront, and half when completed.

The final product will be sent AFTER the full payment is received.

If you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit (but BEFORE the sketch is approved), I can provide a partial refund where I keep 25% of the total cost.

If I feel as though I cannot complete the commission, I can provide a partial refund depending on the stage of its completion, and I will keep 25% of the current payment.

Please be kind! Anything behaviour I deem inappropriate, rude or aggressive towards me will result in the cancellation of the commission. You will be refunded, but I will keep 50% of the current payment.

I prefer visual references to be provided (even if you think they're not great!), but I'm willing to work with written descriptions too. If you want, you can also share music or moodboards.

Details should feature/list physical features (species, age, gender, skin colour, eye colour, etc.). If you're wanting a specific pose or composition, please describe it to the best of your ability. Reference sheets are always welcome!

A few short sentences or a short list detailing backstory or personality can be provided. I like to have an idea of what kind of characteristics I'm portraying, so these descriptions help a lot.

If you change your mind about your request or want to modify your commission, please let me know BEFORE I start the piece.

You can upgrade or include add-ons, remove, or change things.

I'm happy to make large modifications within reason during the sketch phase and minor alterations during linearts/flats; anything outside of this I will not do, or will require additional payment.

Once the finalised piece is accepted, I will email a full resolution .png and .jpeg file of the work to you.

Please wait patiently for your commission! I'm a student, so commissions may take a while, but I'm happy to provide updates on the status of a piece if requested.

Rush orders with a deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at least 2 months to complete a commission.

Commissions are for personal use only. I allow the use of profile pictures, banners and wallpapers, but they may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works where I will impliment additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to my work.

I do not consent to my work being used for AI training and feeding my art into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.

I am allowed to use commissioned work in my portfolio as well as on social media unless requested otherwise.

Fanart commissions may be used by me for marketing and to produce merchandise.

Listed prices are the base price, but they may change depending on the complexity of the commission and personal circumstances. Any changes to pricing will be notified to clients.

I have the right to decline a commission if I believe that my skillset may not meet a request or falls under the listed subjects that I will not do. If you're unsure of what these are, please see the list at the bottom of the page.

Reposting and sharing my artwork is allowed as long as credit is clearly provided (@kymmdari).
